Our Guest Speakers Bio's.

Teherra Branch 

Teherra Branch is a 4th year student at the Art Institute of Charlotte, majoring in film and production.  She has worked o over fifteen short films to the Manifesto Studelm Film Festival in Charlotte, NC entitled "Torment", which won 2nd place.  She just wrapped up "Blood Runs Deep" a thesis film directed by Daniel Warts, were she was the Assistant Director.  She is currently working on a documentary of her life story and will be filming a tweleve epsidoe series entitled "Kimmi K".  "Kimmi K" is about a young girl who goesthrough difficult trials and tribulations in life.  Kimmi wants to grow up and become a filmmaker, but she stumbes over challenging obstacles that will make her want to give up on her dreams, as she takes the journey of life.  Before Kimmie's grandmother died she told Kimmi that "The key to life is to just keep going".  The story is based off of real life events that Ms. Branch has gone through.  She is a very hard worker and she is currently the team leader over the film club at the Art Institue of Charlotte.

Parking
We are located in the Highland Mills building next to the Johnston YMCA.  Please enter our parking lot by traveling to end of 33rd Street and make a left through the security gate and then an immediate left into the parking lot, our office is located half way down on the right between the 2nd & 3rd light post. Please park along the field side of our parking lot to prevent property towing. Parking is also available along 33rd Street. If you park along the street there is a sidewalk located past the handicap signs that will allow access through the hedge surrounding our property, walk straight ahead, through the parking lot, down the steps to the left and we are located 2 doors down.
